Music for Wellbeing:
consulting - workshops - seminars
At Ensemble Music Therapy, we believe that everyone should have access to the therapeutic benefits of music, even if you don’t need clinical music therapy.
Just like going for a run can have therapeutic benefits, so too can engaging in music for leisure.
Dr Zara Thompson offers in-person and online professional development seminars, workshops and consulting about how you can use music to support your health and wellbeing. Zara combines experiential activities, demonstrations, and cutting edge research to help audiences from all walks of life understand the science behind how music can support our wellbeing, and how you can use music in your every day life.
