What is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical supervision is an important part of practice for Allied Health professionals. It provides a space to learn, reflect and unpack our clinical experiences in order to ensure we are working ethically and optimally.
Clinical supervision supports clinician wellbeing through building and refining skills, reflexive practice and strengthening clinical reasoning. Engaging in regular supervision can support practice quality, ensuring client safety.
At Ensemble, our approach to clinical supervision is based on collaboration; sessions are tailored to suit what you are seeking supervision for, and can include creative approaches where relevant.
Sessions last for one hour, and included in the cost of the sessions are reflective worksheets, and resource sharing (where appropriate).
